Russian army bans bikinis from annual beauty parade

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia's army has banned the bikini wearing competition from the yearly army beauty parade, Itar-Tass news agency reported on Thursday.

"Why should our lady officers get undressed?" asked Major-General Nikolai Burbyga, chairman of the judging panel. "Let's keep that a military secret."

The final of the "beauties in epaulettes" competition takes place on June 21 in Moscow, with soldiers expected to show grace and artistry, the agency reported. The 19 servicewomen had to show off their military skills to make it to the final.

Well my theory is .. if all the pretty russian women are wearing bikinis when they fight it's bound to distract the enemy men soldiers giving the side with bikini soldiers a big advantage

Exactly.

Grant it many Russian girls are just damn pretty (I admit that and I am a woman ) so in case of combat they male enemies for sure would love to do something better then fighting with their lovely counterparts.

But the again ,

If the enemy has one thing on their mind and the russian women feel the same their would be no war at all.... as everyone would be otherwise engaged .... their would be many mixed children in years to come...
