Has anybody read this work on ancient Egyptian wisdom literature? I know Karenga complied it as a condensed version of ancient Egyptian wisdom texts. I already have Litchiem's Ancient Egyptian Literature ols 1 and 2. Since I have these texts would I be wasting my money?

The Husia is a good book. It is written in a devotional/meditative style; therefore it is not a dry translation of the different texts. I don't have Litchiem's book, so I cannot say whether or not the Husia is a good purchase for you yourself to make, but I personally feel that the Husia is good material to be read.
