2 avocados
2 eggs
3 oz sugar
half pint single cream
the peel and juice of 1 orange
half pint of double cream

beat the eggs and sugar together.
Heat the single cream gently. Pout into the egg mix and cool.
Puree the avocados with the orange peel and juice. Whip the double cream and fold into the avocado. Add the egg and single cream mixture. Freeze / chill the mixture.

I've had it and I liked it a lot.
back in the day (the only time I tried sheesha) I had some avocado flavor (in the states) gag [Frown]
