chicken pieces grated peel and juice of 2 lemons 2 oz of chopped walnuts 3 tablespoons white breadcrumbs 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon ginger 1.5 oz butter 2 tablespoons chives 2 tablespoons flour 1 egg salt / pepper 2 tablespoons veg. oil
sprinkle chicken with lemon juice. Season and then refrigerate for half hour. Reserve 1 tablespoon walnuts and mix the rest with the breadcrumbs, parmesan and ginger. Stir in 1 teaspoon lemon juice. cream the butter with the remaining walnuts, juice and peel. Mix in the chives. Shape this butter into a cylinder, wrap in foil and refrigerate. Dip the chicken into the flour, then the beaten egg, and finally into the lemon / walnuts / crumb mixture. Fry for 10 minutes.
