By reading few articles on Sudan and Nilo-Saharan genetic makeup, one can notice a much higher genetic diversity an more ancient haplogroups compare to other East Africans and Khoisan speaking people...Am I reading something wrong?

Haplogroup A frequency among Nilo-Saharans, haplogroup F* among Sudanese...ancient haplogroups and diversity seem to be the highest among Nilo-Saharans people compare to non Nilo-Saharan Ethiopians and Khoisan speaking people of Eastern and Southern Africa...
