The Saudi government doesnt allow Saudi women to drive, go outside without a male family member, stay in the same room with men, have a passport. Saudi women have to walk behind a man not side to side. Saudi women have to cover their face and all their body when they go out. Saudi women are stone to death for adultery. USA women have been driving legally since the invention of the motor car in 1910 and Saudi received the legal right to drive a car in the information age era of 2017. That is really a backward people.

But there are restrictions. The minimum age is 30 and females can drive only during daytime and they must drive only within city limits.
Second, if husbands and fathers say that their wives or daughters should not drive, the government cannot force them to let the ladies drive.
