On July 3, 2021, a standoff occurred between armed members of a militia group called Rise of the Moors and local police officers on Interstate 95 in Wakefield, Massachusetts.[1][2][3] The standoff lasted several hours and resulted in 11 arrests.[4][5][6]

Rise of the Moors is a New England group whose members identify as Moorish Americans.[7][8] An Instagram account belonging to the group says its goal is to continue the work of Noble Drew Ali, founder of the the Moorish Science Temple of America.[9] According to The Washington Post, the group is part of the Moorish sovereign-citizen movement, who claim immunity from local, state and federal laws.[10] The Southern Poverty Law Center classifies the Rise of the Moors as an anti-government group[7] and identifies the Moorish sovereign-citizen movement with the broader American sovereign-citizen movement.

They appear African or African American in this photo. However in the OP post this man getting arrested does not look AA.
He could pass for Hispanic or Berber perhaps ?

Can't tell if this 9 hour standoff thing was a publicity stunt or what, ended peacefully did not seem to get too heated
.
