Miss Universe from South Africa from the Western Cape, Guateng and the Western Cape is the most developed part of Africa, if you do not include Israel.

She is not South African, but if one ever saw Africa Live on CGTN, you would think she was. South Africa is a part of BRICS. Do they prefer the Afrikaners and Coloureds, Indians, Malays and Xhosa to the Zulu led ANC?
