I don't know if you've already found the specialist you're looking for, but anyway. For a neurologist (not a neurosurgeon) try Dr. Mohamed Alam, his clinic is I think in El Manial st. he's one of the best and he is a Neurology professor in Cairo University, there are a couple of other names, let me know if you're still looking or you couldn't get an appointment with Dr. Alam , he's usually booked a long time ahead.
