Hello everyone,
Have been thinking of buying some property in Egypt, namely in Rehab or one of these cities outside Cairo.
Does anyone have any idea of prices/payment methods? I am looking for a 3-4 bedroom apartment or a humble villa (nothing too big or fancy). Any suggestions?? Any links?
I live in the UK and am not planning to go to Egypt for a while. Any help would be most appreciated.

Hi, try www.edar.com. this is a property site in egypt.
Al Rehab property information is on this site, however you have to call them for the price. I beleive that prices for a small town house or villa start from 250000 ep. 30% deposit then around 3-5 years pay off.
