Hello I can help you well in Cairo and about Sharm too local meals in Egypt are :- Fool and Taemea in the breakfast "bean and something like bean" this is totally cheap you can find many many restuarant in cairo providing this., if you are in Haram street you can find a restaurant called "Shabrawy" is really excellent. 1 fool dish is for 2.5EGP and 1 Taemea is for 1EGP = total 3.5EGP approx 50 cents well for launch there are many meals in launch you can eat Fatta,Moza,koshary but i should know where you will be exactly so i can tell you the near restaurant REMEMBER three things if you passed you will be okay 1- Water " i dont advice you to drink from tape water.,mineral is better for you" 2- Koshary 3- Fool actually all tourist pass fool easily but the others is too hard to pass remember something called traveller diahroa so dont forget to get your pills with you you can mail me if you got any further questions hope that helps ./Osama
