Well ... people don't "make" friendships ... it's something else that they make 
Go to the movies ... a light comic movie will do the job and ease the tension that one may have from time to time.
Or go to the Nile ... stop on the bridge ... and gaze to the water as it flows for about 30 minutes and meditate ... (but don't throw yourself please)
