If there are a bunch of arrogant,self centerd ,ignorant,F....d up Pricks then i would say the sevice on BA!I have flown with them for as long as i could stand the bastards,and now i have swore i would rather take my chances with Egypt Air!!

did been there done it and had it ,,all the time on EGYPT AIR and did i mention cigaretes NO I DIDINT get it right this time not me ok ok ok ok .......i was on about a bloody spray they do when u arrive BACK AND I SAY BACK TO MY COUNTRY THE BRITISH COUNTRY ....

I love BA! Last time I flew with them I found the 5 hours was too short They were very attentive and helpful.

Try Alitalia or Aeroflot and then BA will seem like a 5 star airline
