I got no connection at all........ I discovered this center when I contacted an AUC professor called Carol Ann Coleston who gives "Feldenkrais" courses for theatre students at AUC

Then I was looking up the word "Feldenkrais" & Insight Inside center came up in the search, I discovered she teaches there too [Big Grin]

I subscribed to their mailing list & I get monthly emails & notices from them.

I am hoping to join one of their classes or workshops sometime in the near future....... they all seem interesting.
