Hello everyone, I am an American graduate student/journalist coming to live in Egypt in late January. I have lived in Cairo before. I need an apartment to rent for one or two weeks, while I search for a long-term rent apartment. The problem with staying in a hotel is that I have a cat, and I am bringing her to Egypt...so I need a decent place to stay until I find an apartment.
For the first two weeks, I am looking for an apartment near Zamalek or Mohandiseen, maybe downtown. Or maybe Heliopolis if it is a nice apartment for a good price.
