In which case, I'm looking in my Cairo A-Z map book and the only ones close to this name are Abu Ga'far Al-Nahhas or Abu Gamila, and those don't seem close enough.
Could it be Abi Ganub? If so it is in Shubra.
You might try telling us more about what you know about this street. Is there a business there or a family or what? How did you come aross this name?
Can't find anything else that seems to be close enough
