I was wondering about how much it would cost for a typical doctors office visit, at a DECENT clinic? What about hospital costs, if there was a minor accident?

If you have insurance, it can be around 7 l.e.
Some examples: stitches put in and taken out 10 l.e., CBC (blood test) 5 l.e., Sonogram 7 l.e. this is with insurance - basic things. This was at a good hospital.

Well here in Hurghada it goes something like this:
To register at the Hospital and see the Doctor 40LE. Blood test (depending on what is required) varies between 15 and 88 which my husband paid today.
2 night stay in hospital 1,200 LE.
Dentist: 60LE to see him. 60 LE for an extraction.
