I assume you are a professional company and therefore the customer pay's the fee for your service when she has recieved her divorce decree stamped from the Egyptian courts.

Yes?

A professional company would never represent you or do any work for you without a retainer. The exception to that would be if you deal often enough with them to have an open account.

Thanks for that info - this has made him a happy man and his wife pleased too. I take it this would mean that the wife is considered divorced - legally - in both countries?

Divorce through the embassy in The country where the wife is.
the husband must be there or he must Sign paper for someone to divorce in his behalf.

and even if the husband in Egypt and he want to divorce even if the wife still in her country. Yes he can divorce in less than 10 days.

but if the husband in egypt and don't want to cooperate for Divorce then she have to go with lawyer to File divorce from the Egyptian Court.
and this part what we were talking about in the topic.

Thanks
EPI
