I'm a little doubtful that anyone actually will, though. I have access to the journal, but only those articles published after 1997, so I can't access this article, which is in the archive (which most universities don't give access to). If anyone does have access, or is willing to purchase the article(s) for themselves, please let me know and send a copy my way.
