My Dad drank a glass of water before milking the cows in the morning.
He also drank a glass of warm water before he went to bed!
No wonder he lived to be over 100 years old!

Micky, your dad became that old?? WOW!!!!!
And thanks for post. I def don't drink enough water - only when I get thirsty. Gotta change that.
