He is asking a valid questions despite what he has done in the past. The two men DO look almost a-like so asking how is one black and the other not is being objectively succinct because I would like to know as well. And no Doug, we cannot talk about what their "blood tests" say nor where they come from. We have to judge based on the opinion of their appearance without any axiom of genetic lineages or Continental location. So answer the question. Why is the top one Black and the bottom one NOT black?
