This Chinese Report entitled, The China Study - The Most Comprehensive Study of Nutrition Ever Conducted shows some seriously flaws in consuming Cow's milk.
Someone here recently presented an European paper championing Europe's drinking and digestion of Cow's milk as a major "evolution". This report seems to contradict this belief, and in fact, points out some very serious trade-offs with the consumption of Cow's milk and Vitamin D, as well as a heavy meat diet.

Everything in "moderation" people. It is all about BALANCE.

We are omnivores for a reason. ie we need meat AND veggies in our diet.

Good article - refreshing to see other sources of information. Now, all we have to do is decide which is correct.

^ since when did we need meat in our diet? i'd advice people not to listen to european doctors the medicine they practice is very backwards, i think dr afrika and ancient afrikans who did not eat meat is a better source.

Obtaining protein from animal consumption has been shown as not essential to humans. Protein can be found in other foodstuffs equivalent to those found in meat. For example, nuts provide a similar level of protein as meat.
Dietitians have always been quite clear of the advantages of goat milk over cow's milk, in that goat milk contained more protein while having 50% less fat. Not to mention far less lactose which has always made goat's milk digestible in all humans.
The Chinese report reveals some serious consequences of milk consumption and today with the introduction of steroids and antibiotics to milk cow diets, the additional high content of cow pus in the milk (10%) cannot possibly considered an advantage.
