This guy is the only one who actually saw the aggressor; he also witnessed Trayvon pummeling Zimmerman and Zimmerman's cry for help. And to compound that, this particular witness yelled at Trayvon to stop, but Trayvon refused to listen. The other witnesses could not tell who was on the ground during the fight or who was screaming for help. The grand jury will not hand down an indictment. The problem is with the law, not Zimmerman shooting Trayvon. They need to repeal stand your ground.
