Many criticisms have been levied upon me about a double standard about nudity. The claim is that I will all nudity of black/Asian but not of white women. These claims are unwarned for I have recieved claims of posters being offended by the Nudity.
I think some have latched on to the fact I said that I will allow ''tribal'' nudity from which many interpret this statement wrong. But where is the line between decency and indecency with the posts of nude pictures?

Egyptsearch posters feel free to chime in.

"Tribal" people who are naked/half naked as part of their normal everyday culture are not pornographic as the nudity is not intended to bring about arousal or sexual attraction.

Pornography is the display of nudity explicitly for the purposes of sexual arousal.

That is the difference.

Go to a Pacific island and grip up one of those half naked ladies and see what happens to you.

I know in my case, there are times when I post images of nudity but it cannot be helped. The fact is that even as of 100 years ago, there were many cultures where nudity/partial nudity was the norm and therefore when you look at pictures of native people from that time you will often see nudity. Of course that is not intended as pornography. And the same goes today for many cultures in more remote areas of the "third world".

However, a photo of someone from a modern culture where nudity in public is not considered proper conduct is most certainly almost certainly intended as pornography in most cases (but not all).

Heck even in ancient Egypt most women were partially nude most of the time, at least from their own artwork.

It's not pornographic but it is nudity. Posters have complained about all nude images.

What is the point of it? Those people cannot walk down the street like that because the society does not accept nudity in public. You could certainly show anything needed about the complexion or phenotype of these people without them being nude and such images are available.

Whereas pictures of certain populations in certain places are almost always likely to contain nudity because it is accepted in society and the norm.

Most beaches are not nude beaches and therefore, these images, while not explicitly pornographic are simply offensive to some because again modern society does not accept nudity in public.

And certainly a woman in bed with no clothes on is pornographic.

The problem is that such pictures are offensive to some posters and that they may be used to shut down websites. I am just doing this because of complaints. Personally, I donot care.

The U.S. supreme court ruled on this years ago.

That you would try to justify your racism with a foolish lie like that, only speaks to your stupidity.

Mike you are speaking with emotion and not logic. Give me a logical reason why nudity of any kind should be allowed on the forum. This website is not for adults only so nudity is not really allowed.

This is true...there is no disclaimer here on this site for youths under the age of 18 entering the forums...

The argument for or against nudity posting should be about the CONTEXT, as the color of the individual in the photo shouldn't be relevant to the argument. CONTEXT OF THE NUDITY is what should be and is relevant here....To be frank, I have to agree that most of the context with which nudity is posted around here is inappropriate. Again, this site has no disclaimer for youths who may visit the forums. Any adult, especially one with children, would overstand why this could be an issue. Further, if nudity is going to be posted in inappropriate context, there should be a disclaimer on the site stating that the forum may contain offensive and/or nude pictures...due to the good possibility of MINORS viewing the forum, as well as people may view and/or participate in the forum from work during lunch or other breaks and open a thread and BAM there it is, and that can cause a problem for the individual who is viewing...no shortage of employers who ain't having it...

Of course, someone with the emotional maturity of a tween or teenager might not grasp and overstand these logical points too well....
