Yes, its called protein malnutrition (Kwashiorkor in children, but full adults also have it 3rd world countries).
Red to orange is where it occurs.
Note the insanity of "Blacks", where they will actually take interest or promote a medical condition or malutrition to claim some physical diversity...

Kwashiorkor
Protein malnutrition; Protein-calorie malnutrition; Malignant malnutrition
Last reviewed: February 1, 2012.
Kwashiorkor is a form of malnutrition that occurs when there is not enough protein in the diet. Causes, incidence, and risk factors Kwashiorkor is most common in areas where there is: Famine
Limited food supply Low levels of education (when people do not understand how to eat a proper diet)
This disease is more common in very poor countries. It often occurs during a drought or other natural disaster, or during political unrest. These conditions are responsible for a lack of food, which leads to malnutrition.
Kwashiorkor is very rare in children in the United States. There are only isolated cases. However, one government estimate suggests that as many as 50% of elderly people in nursing homes in the United States do not get enough protein in their diet.
When kwashiorkor does occur in the United States, it is usually a sign of child abuse and severe neglect. Symptoms
Changes in skin pigment Decreased muscle mass Diarrhea Failure to gain weight and grow Fatigue Hair changes (change in color or texture) Increased and more severe infections due to damaged immune system Irritability Large belly that sticks out (protrudes) Lethargy or apathy Loss of muscle mass Rash (dermatitis) Shock (late stage) Swelling (edema)
Signs and tests
The physical examination may show an enlarged liver (hepatomegaly) and general swelling.
Tests may include:
Arterial blood gas BUN Complete blood count (CBC) Creatinine clearance Serum creatinine Serum potassium Total protein levels Urinalysis
Cass, you ignorant Albino, as you can see "Kwashiorkor" is indicated by "WASTED" muscle mass and "BLOATING".
Though one could "POSSIBLY" claim that condition for this Mbuti child...
One would have to be a raving Albino lunatic (Just like you), to claim that this "MUSCULAR" Mbuti Man has a protein deficiency.
How about these beautiful children?
Don't you WISH that you were as strong and healthy as they are?
So then Cass, obviously the people above MUST be Blonde the same way that Europeans are Blonde - ALBINISM!!!!
Only in their cases, the "P" gene defect is only "PARTIAL".

... Usually, the hair turns a red/orange color. This guy is a blonde...almost platinum.
Excuses for everything:
African in a good city and isn't poor: "oh it could be a weave/dye/wig"
Africa who clearly can't afford those things but also has blonde hair: "oh, must be malnutrition"
Cassi, you don't WANT there to be blonde Africans and don't really allow for yourself to simply accept the reality that they do exist.

^ In twisted world of Castrated's mind, blacks of Africa possess no physical diversity and only 'Caucasoids' have diversity even though genetically they are but a small twig to the large tree indigenous Africans are. It is a FACT blondism naturally occurs usually as a juvenile trait among black indigenous populations from Australia and the Pacific to even Africa. Ausar himself once pointed out that blondism is not uncommon among Africans including Nubians and some other folks. Such blondism need NOT be attributed to protein deficiency or Kwashiorkor since they occur among populations who get plenty of protein through cattle milk and hunted game.
Anglo-idiotic lies are refuted.

According to Sforza snd Bowcock (1991) this guy mated with a Chinese from the Bay Area in the states and produced whites.

^ Of course Sforza never made such a claim and you know it. You're just mad because Sforza and even Keita admits that you Euros have mixed African ancestry not from Pygmies but from North African blacks.
