Many, many serious problems in Africa and its diaspora. Massive alienation on the spiritual front, massive alienation on the ethnic front, and massive alienation on the racial front for the exiled Africans of the diaspora.

Add all the above to massive selfishness, massive corruption, greed, and lack of social empathy on the part of the neocolonial ruling groups in Africa.

On the spiritual front Africans are alienated victims of the totemic power the Jew, Jesus and the Arab, Muhammad. Africans fight and kill each other for these 2 alien totems.

Western and Arab racism have so decimated the psyche of the African that there is implicit self-devaluation evidenced by the cruelty shown to Africans by their ruling groups. or example, African governments moved by the daily flight across the Sahara to reach Europe. An African head of state falls ill, and instead of ensuring that there are hospital on the ground to care for him, he jets off to Europe for care.

In the diaspora, the mulatto classes hold sway over the displaced Africans who suffer economic stress on account of a racial history.

What is needed is the rebirth of a Pan-African consciousness that takes precedence over alien spiritual religious totems, narrow and blind ethnocentrism and and a massive neocolonial alienation. Example: the case of the Cameroon where Africans stupidly discriminate against each other on the basis of the European languages of French and English.

Same on the religious front where Africans very stupidly kill each other on the basis of allegiance to the religions of the Jew and the Arab.

Same on the Diaspora front where Africans have been so overwhelmed by European indoctrination that they willingly accept being bleached of their Africanity by their erstwhile enslavers and colonisers. The happily alienated point to their imposed European names as evidence of such.

I thought half of Africa was Christian
Where is this killing going on by African Jews?
As a religion Islam is more similar to Judaism than it is to Christianity
Also you didn't even mention China who is a big player right now in African development, it doesn't even involve religion

I don't think Pan-African consciousness is going to work. Africa is too big. Europe cant even stick together in a Union and look at their size
There should be confederations of countries, perhaps comprised of about 5 with similar interests and cultures

Answer:Republic, Haiti, Brazil, Panama, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, the U.S., Jamaica. In Africa, you have Cape Verde, Angola, Mozambique, Mauritius and Seychelles and South Africa. All those countries experienced chattel slavery of the Western variety.

You miss the point. Presidents are elected by the people. Economically and culturally dominant classes are not affected. They own the businesses and exercise cultural power.

Examples: In South Africa, Zuma may be President but the European settlers own and control the economy. Their wealth and income prove that point. The "coloureds" are dominant economically among the non-European groups. Same for Angola. In the U.S., Obama's appointees and class peers are mulatto.

List some African countries where this is not the case

I was referring to countries where "race" is taken into account for social roles. For most African countries, race is not an issue, rather it's ethnicity, religion and post-colonial class affiliations.
