Mena:I dont know what is in the Russian water because Russia produce a lot of great hackers. Most of the hackers that stole millions of dollars from banks around the world come from Russia. Sergey Medvedev a Rambo looking Russian hacker helped steals $530 million from Bank ATMs from around the world. the hacker are elite criminal because they are very smart computer programmers and their crime remain undiscovered for year. When they are arrested years after their crime have been discovered the stolen money is never recovered because they had time to hide the money.
