I don't think the boards are similar at all. The layout/graphics are COMPLETELY different (EM carried on using the ET interface), the chatroom actually WORKS, the owner is different. The only similarity as far as I can see is that several fun and "quality" members have joined from both ET and EM, and that's fine by me. :-)
