Hi all, Been away from this site a while...Hope you are all doing fine. I am interested in visiting Assuit, I am told this is really a "No Go" area for tourists.... Has anyone been there lately? Can you tell me how you got on? Thanks

Sorry my maps spell it different ways - I think it should be spelt Assiut....

Been there myself 2 years ago; had guests go there last year and this year. Know a lady who comes visits there 3/4 times a year. Definately open to tourists.
