I had massages by this guy several times and I think he's great. He does not only Shiatsu but actually a mixture of Swedish and Shiatsu massage.

Thanks Dalia!!! Ill check em out when Im there. Im glad the massage activity is picking up in cairo. I was there a while back and all I could find were hotel masseurs/masseusses and honestly they werent that good. Anyway thanks again and talk to u soon... cya
