Are ATM machines pretty easy to come by in Alexandria? Do they accept the debit cards with the mastercard logo on them? Thanks!

I had no problems with my debit card in Cairo, so my bet is that there are no problems in Alexandria.

I seemed to get a better exchange rate using my ATM card. I was charged 1% I think as an ATM fee. It was really cheap. And then my bank charged a debit fee of $2.50 or something. All in all, I loved using my ATM card over there. Very easy (I have VISA Check Debit Card).
