Hello Everyone.
I'm not sure why I was getting most of the replies in the thread "Visiting Egypt" rather than "Living in Egypt", especially for that topic "What does it take to be an Egyptian?", which I had some interesting replies from people around the globe, but, I won't infer anything from that as I was expecting more ideas from people living in Egypt, at any rate and on another topic that I have posted in "Visiting Egypt" thread, but thought it will also be nice to post it here if this doesn't annoy the moderators.

I'll be visiting Egypt between 26th of Jan. and 15th of Feb. from the UK and just for a change, we have decided myself and a couple of friends to do something different this time and go wind surfing in Dahab (and please see Debbie's suggestions in the otehr thread), we have no experience whatsoever in wind surfing but that is one of the reasons we are going or at least planning to.

I'm Egyptian so I know the roads over there (just a bit), but this is just a note for anyone who might be interested in joining us in this "unplanned" trip. May be if we have more interest from other people that would put it in an official form .

Anyway, the more people you get on those trips, the better they are, both in sports and in exchanging ideas (well, this last one might differ for different people).

Or if you don't like going to Dahab and windsurfing, any of you who might be interested in intellectual discussions about Egypt, how to make it a better place (my favourite) or sharing ideas about the current events that we are facing,or if someone wants to know about the UK or any other matter including who is the real Malcolm-X (just to keep it a short list ), we could arrange for an outing some other place in Cairo, again I'll be joined by some of my friends in Cairo, so you are more than welcome, and if there is interest we can arrange for a convenient location.

Hope I wasn't that boring!.

Salam
