does anybody know if it's possible for foreigners to make a driving licence in egypt?? and if yes how much it will cost and how much time it will take?

Yes. I got a license a year ago. I don't remember what it cost, but it was a couple hundred pounds plus, considering what I paid the fellow that helped me do the whole thing. You'll need a guy like him...someone we call a "fixer"....someone that can help make things happen and in this case take you to all the places you need to go to get all the proper paperwork done so you can apply before taking the test. You'll also need to borrow a car to test in. Figure on at least one full day, perhaps more.
