There is a popular one in Al Alamein. It has lots of greenery and has been around for sometime. I have also heard that it is well-taken care of. The name might be Al Alamein Rehab Centre, and it's about half an hr from Cairo.
Peaceful, away from the city and serene, which is exactly what a drug user/ addict needs to avoid relapsing. You can easily get a complete list of rehab centres in Cairo from the NA (Narcotic Anonymous) which holds regular NA meetings all around Egypt. They are very cooperative and are always happy to help or provide you with any information or advice. Find them on google search or facebook. NA Egypt.
