I did get them in the end I worked in a pharmaceutical company and most pharmcists from what ever country have to have a knowlage of English when learning their trade.. But... make sure you read the lable..very important...when in Egypt

English is the default scientific language,and that includes medications generic name.Generic means the actual active ingredient name,as opposed to brand name.By asking for the generic name,if the pharmacist is ethical,he/she will offer you the most cost effective version. The therapeutic recommended dose for ferrous sulfate tablets/iron tablets is 325mg three times daily. For a more severe case you could get injectable form of iron.It is recommended to be injected in the buttock.

Sashyra8 Member # 14488	posted Patients with repeated or continuous iron deficiencies should include in their diets red meat and liver.This last one has a huge iron content and will raise the levels quite fast. For those that dont consume red meat a diet rich in leafy greens,specially spinach is a good choice.Also broccoli and lentils are recommended.

Vitamin D is very important because it allows the body to absorb iron, D3 is also very good for fighting off viral infections. I take 5,000 UI of D3 every day and my sinus infections haven't kicked in this year!

IRON from ferrous sulfate 115 mg. its in tablets of 50 mg USP Slow release..the recommended dosage on that is 1 tablet/day for adults preferably with a meal, and lots of fluids, its a dietary supplement over the counter. The exact equivalent sold locally is called IRON complex SR (slow release) produced under license of Nature's Life USA..box is 14 EGP for 20 tablets, also dietary supplement. The dosage you're giving SQ is good for an elephant Sashy.. her liver could not cope with such a dosage. Puts Sashy in corner with British Pharmacopoeia to read
Shanta Qadeama Member # 9889	posted DZ - I think the key to what Sashy wrote is the word 'therapeutic' - I don't need a therapeutic dose, but when I was first diagnosed with the severe anaemia, the Consultant advised me to take 3 a day for the first few days only. My problem was that I looked (but certainly did not feel!) robustly healthy and not a bit like the picture book image of someone with anaemia!

Wonder why? Mold! I moved apartment buildings with new management and these people actually scrape the inside of plaster lathing and get the mold out. Newer construction homes have had a bad run with mold in the last 2 decades. I read somewhere between mold in the walls of your home and non-native polune (spelling forget it I am American and to lazy to open word ) contribute to mold and the pollune just opens your sinus' to it. I also irrigate my sinuses with a squeeze bottle by neilmed with saline water. I adore winter I won't go through the season miserable!

Called Physiomer Spray here. wonderful stuff. Been seeing an ENT and he is saying that the air pollution, plus the burning of crops, plus exhaust, plus the small unusual sand storms this year is all contributing to this sinus mess. dunno if its true, but it logical, I think

There are restaurants offering sushi, so it must be available somewhere. Usually, I bring lots of it with me from Germany, it's very light, so no problem putting many packages into your suitcase.

First time I used it I managed to spray it up the bathroom mirror, but it cleaned the mirror very well. Let's hope this bottle of sea water does the trick
