Or you can have every major bone in your body removed. You will weigh less, ok, you won't look great, but you will be a lot more relaxed.

Believe it or not,portion control works very well.Sure it takes longer time to see results,but you wont need to sacrifice any food.Only limit quantities to lets say,half portion.Once you can get away with half,then start with a bit less of that half.

Tip to reduce weight: Turn your head to the left and then turn it to the right. Repeat exercise when offered something to eat.
