Beautiful Villa in Marina for Summer Rental
A spacious 2-storey furnished villa in Marina 5 is available is available for rent this summer on a weekly basis. The villa is ideal for families or couples.
First floor consists of a living lounge, dining area, large equipped American-style kitchen, bathroom, and a lovely terrace overlooking the villa's private garden.
Second floor consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 master bedroom with a double bed and bathroom; 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each), a bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the garden.
Appliances include: TV with select movie & sports channels from Orbit and Showtime, fridge, separate deep freezer, large stove with oven, boiler, water heaters in the bathrooms on the second floor, and ceiling fans in the living hall and terrace.
The décor is marine style in bright, bold shades of navy blue and white. The villa is Sawsan type, located in the privacy of 'Venicia' island, which can only be accessed via a bridge.
About 5-min drive away from the villa are several supermarkets, a shopping complex, and many popular cafes and restaurants (dine-ins, seafood, outdoor & indoor coffee shops, shisha cafes and fast food eateries).
The villa directly overlooks the lake from the backside and is a few-minutes’ drive from:
