For you ladies married to Egyptian men and living in your country, has your spouse faced any racism and if so how did he deal with it?
Same question for any Egyptian men living abroad alone?

The men all say they did face racism once in a while, but strange enough the women claim never have been treated in a bad way. Maybe that's because the way they are used to be treated in Egypt is different...???

My husband has never had any incident happen here in the UK. We do live near London and where we live is quite diverse. His brother on the other hand lives in Sunderland (north of the UK) and has encountered many problems there. He has dealt with it in the past by lashing out, now he has learned to ignore [Wink]

Perceived racism, yes. Actual racism, no.
