Only 20 minutes from Zamalek, great 95 sq meter studio for long term rent only in sheikh zayed. Ground floor - terrace/garden - security - intercom - semi-furnished - low rent. Only suitable if you own a car.

I don't have pictures unfortunately. You should come and see it one day. it isn't in 6th october but approx 10 kms before it - it's the residential area of sheikh zayed. quite nice place, but you must have a car.
