We have two apartments for sale in the way to el gouna about 9 km from Hurghada with good coonection to the city Hurghada near the beaches and with complete seaview from the balcony . The apartments are on the 4the floor and the price is incredible the water cost 50 egyptian pounds a 6 months and the price from appartment finisht luxe with 3 bedrooms cost 75000 egyptian pound and u pay 50.000 direct to the bank or every year 3300 egyptian pound the other one same floor 3 bedrooms but not finisht from inside must be renovated it cost 60.000 egyptian pounds and also 50.000 egyptian pounds direct to the bank or every year 3300 egyptian pound
