Are you kidding? More than 4000 LE for that kind of apartment is way overprized.

Maybe he meant the apartment was clean so you would not mind "entertaining" or participating with others in it??????

But you might not want to have company - the apartment is almost fully equipped with brushes. If it WAS equipped with brushes than that would be a different story.

The 'brushes' here is a translation of 'FARSH'
the arabic word of furniture, but also 'FURASH' is spelled the same way in Arabic and means brushes. [Big Grin] [Roll Eyes]

I think he might be refering to maid for cleaning and laundry once a week included.

And the "halls adults" might mean a big hall.
