Why would ancient Africans so familiar with the stars not know about the places they came from. Ridiculously insulting is all I can say, and weird science. I guess just because Europeans discovered America and emerged from their "dark age" a mere several hundred years ago everybody else since recorded history must have been just as isolated and static.
