With ADMIXTURE and STRUCTURE you can of course tell the computer how ever many K's you want to output. Within the program there is a way for the COMPUTER to tell you the optimum number of K. Also you could just go by hand and increase the number of K until the results become uninformative. IE : African Americns become their OWN cluster. From K=7 to K=8 it is very informative.
