Nebsen Member # 13728	posted I'm just about through reading this wonderful book Ancient Nubia : African Kingdom on The Nile. With photographs by Chester Higgins Jr. who is African American. The latest in excavations in the Sudan on ancient Nubia. this book is expanding my understanding on ancient Nubia with up to date information; book published 2012 , in fact it won an award for best archaeological book for 2012. I like to know if any one else has read this book on this forum ?
