Xyyman, I think you are gonna like this one. He he he! I think you will see it as more evidence that "Europeans are nothing more but de-pigmented Africans":
This research involving populations of Rainforest hunter gathererers (RHG), African Bantu Agriculturalists(AGR), and Europeans(EUR) from Belgium suggests that the Europeans split from Africans tens of thousands of years before the initial OOA event. It uses a tool called "fastsimcoal2": Our results suggest that RHG and AGR populations diverged between 97 and 140 kya, consistent with an ancient divergence between these human groups (40). The inclusion of Europeans in our analyses made it possible to test different models for the chronology of major population splits. The similar likelihoods obtained with all models suggest that the ancestors of the RHG, AGR and EUR populations diverged from each other at around the same time (~85-140 kya), during a period of major climate change (e.g., megadroughts dated between 75 and 135 kya) (55) that probably promoted population isolation and ancient structure on the African continent (40, 54).

Using this study Henn 2015, Doe 2015, & Messina 2016, I think one can infer population structure across the middle-near east Africa and Europe as a head start on non Egyptian African aDNA.

What and where are his remarks?

Mathematical manipulation. It doesn't matter how the spin it. The train has left the station. R1b-M269 is only about 6kyears old. It is not found in Neolithics. E1b1a is a few thousand years older. It is the African version of Neolithics on the male side. They have not given us anything but mathematical manipulation. No Admixture charts or anything. This paper is to be ignored because Europeans are still 80% Africans. That will never change.
