Ingredients
8 6-8 oz Salmon fillets 1inch thick

Salt and pepper

1/2 cup Maple syrup

3/4 Chopped hazelnuts or pecans

2 tbs Butter
Preparation
1.Thaw fish, if frozen. Rish fish: pat dry. Arrange fish in a lightly greased 3- quart retangular baking dish, turning under any thin edges. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Drizzle maple syrup over fish. Bake, uncovered, in a 450 F. oven for 8 to 12 minutesor until fish flakes easil when tested with a fork.


2. Meanwhile, in a medium skillet,cook and stir nuts in hot butter over medium heat for 2 to 4 minutes or until lightly toasted. Spoon nuts over fish.
