Rasol, he is saying that the only reason you feel they are brilliant is that they parrot other whites that he does not see as valid.

Are you understanding his position? Because I do.

If you remember Negro Digest/Black World was a wonderful publication. It kept you informed about what was happening among the Black Intelligensia, movements and etc.

As you know there were no courses to teach you how to do Afrocentric research. As a result, many of the interviews of Diop, Dr. Ben and etc. published in Black World helped me learn the proper methodology to perfect my craft.

Towards the end of the magazine . The editor began to publish news which supported the MPLA Movement in Angola. Back in the 1970's in cooperation with South Africa the US supported UNITA. I believe the magazine was folded to make sure that AAs would move away from supporting MPLA to UNITA which was supported by the media at that time.

I have missed Black World for a long time. Today we have no single source which covers news relating to books, research and etc., by AAs and Afican/Black scholars generally.

You mean the editor began to show his communist leanings. Why would he want AA to "support" MPLA? They were no "liberators", just a bunch of communist mestizos who fattened their bellies and pockets with oil money from America while getting help from Russia and Cuba to rush their rival UNITA. Now they fatten off diamonds and oil. Like Dr. Clarke said, in some human dramas there are no "good guy versus bad guy". Savimbi was no saint, neither was Neto or dos Santos.

^ Hey AI ROBOT.
I see your sloppy seconds Euro programmers have placed emphasis on the HATE descriptor in your vocabulary matrix with no real means of differentiating.
At least they have provided their creation with some adaptive learning algorithms shown by way of your newly revised spelling correction.
Cool, but can you dream?

Things like this give me the creeps. Especially when I see Black people, who should know better, advocating this hateful stuff.

LOL, I attribute that to average poster's age.

Still, I believe if given the opportunity, many serious researchers here and on other sites would welcome a venue to publish articles/papers while maintaining control.
I also believe the general world black population is ready fro such an endeavor and willing to support it financially, if packaged correctly.

Just to inform the American brothers!

Since some years we have NINSEE, a so-called Black Institute to research mostly Dutch slavery related matters. Off course no Van Sertima, nor Rogers or even Snowden on the curriculum. Some great studies came out, but nothing that can touch white supremacy thinking. Their site was really zero, so I stopped visiting. Now I see some changes.

The institute was created and funded by the State so they have a place to sent Black scholars too, because they really do not want them messing up their lily-white institutes. But still you see that they have mostly white scholars giving lectures.

http://www.ninsee.nl/?pagina=83&parentID=0&level=1

OSO is another white dominated magazine for Surinamistiek. What these people do is to tie black intellectuals to their racist cause, so nothing of a black identity can grow and exist. They decide who is a certified writer about Surinam. I will publish the list of names which I regard as a list of houseniggers.

http://www.surinamistiek.nl/

RUTU is about Surinam genealogy, but very dull and outdated, promoting white supremacy with every disgusting piece. Financed by subscribers and run by volunteers.

List of the people who are certified by the Dutch State to write about Surinam. If your name is not on it, you may not be quoted, reviewed, invited, recognized. I call it a housenigger list. The Dutch have all these drugtaking weirdo's, pimps and whores who they call great writers, but leave the Surinamese with nothing. These people should be Surinam intellectuals who should liberate their own people, not promote white supremacy and colonialism. Most of them are just horrid, though.

This is one hell of a scary prospect. That this site is the premier site on afrocentrism! Does the word defeatism ring a bell with you guys?

It doesn't say much for Black people in general, does it? Just too many Argyle104s out there.

The Bible offers some great methods to get things changed. I think of its emphases on the power of THE WORD in Genesis. Or how these people are supposed to have brought the walls from Jericho tumbling down with noise. So if WE start repeating how much we hate WHITE SUPREMACY, HOUSENIGGERS AND COLONIALISM; they might at least start to crumble. NO?
