Sorry. I can't pick the most popular man on ES. Basically whoever happens to be posting the most at any given time usually is the most popular or at least the most well-known. As I have been a member since 2004 the men come and go as well as a lot of people.
Personally, I feel we need more men posting as I think the women far outweigh the number of men here. But lately that seems to be changing a little. I would like to see even more men here than we have now because I like to hear their opinions on things even if mine may be different. It's nice to get that male perspective occaisonally!

Hey! Why don't we all list here who we know to be men. Whoever does not get on the list in a reasonable amount of time, (Katanga's choice of course) then they just don't get on it.

Have you figured out how your egy-guy will financially support you through medical school?
Have you managed to find a primary sponsor to support his INS petition?
Has he agreed to come to the USA?

We already know exactly what to do so he can practice here. Have to make a certain grade on TOEFL. Then you apply to take the FPGEE. If accepted you have to apply for a visa to get into states to take that test. Then you have to make a certain grade. The better the grade. The better your chances. Then you have to apply to to the National Licensing exam. Depending on what state you are in, determines exactly what test or test you have to take. Some people have to take a few courses. Most of the time they are things like ethic, state laws, conversion stuff. Generally that can go anywhere from one class to one year. It depends on the person, how much they already know, how much they have studied, and how broad they have studied.
I have researched this. We know what we need to know where his certification is concerned. Or at least all we need to know now. But I'm sure some things will change. If so, we will address those things at that time.
I think me and him both know more than you about his qualifications, and what it will take to be certified to work in the US. That is our business. So please do not offer anymore of your sarcastic help. I know it is not genuine. I know you are playing me. LOL I'm not exactly stupid. Oh and I forgot. I have talked with numerous pharmacists who have done the same thing. It is not as hard as you think. But it does depend on a lot of factors. Really, I don't know where you get your information (facts) from. But some of them are just wrong. Just like when you told me before about how doctors make so little for so many years to start out. Admit it woman....you just don't know. Leave the medical field and those issues surrounding it to the ones who are personally involved, or who do know about it. Cuz one thing is for certain. You don't! I get my facts from real people (doctors), universities, licensing boards, etc. I think they obviously know more than you.
Almost forgot. The pharmacists I did talk to in my area. Within a 50 mile radius, all made 85K/year or more to start. Most make around 100K/yr. Getting a job is far easier than you think it is. Thank God! All of them got a job within 2 months of trying. But like I said, there are a lot of factors. So far, my guy has all the right ones. Hamdulleh!
Do me a favor. Do not lecture me on my life, or my guys. On his or my education, qualifications, or anything else. Cuz sister. You just simply don't know!
