Newcomer Have you ever heard of job interviews! and i doubt that you can find an american girl who speaks german or italian or russian so american women are already out!

Very grand title you have given yourself there by the way!
a) You only said that having knowledge of one of those is a plus, not an essential requirement.
b) We even have American women on ES who can speak more than one language.
c) Yes, I have heard of job interviews.
d) If you want to encourage people to work in your organizations, it is preferable to create a good image of yourself and give a positive impression of what people might be able to expect when working with/for you. Have you heard of marketing? Because I for one, wouldn't be interested in working with a man who was into internet porno!
