Molefi Asante has published a text titled "The Egyptian Philosophers" in which he lists and discusses the following:

Imhotep. Ptahhotep, Merikare, Sehotepibre, Amenemhat, Amenhotep, Duauf, Akenaten, Amenemope, Khunanup, Kagemni, and others.

Most of their writings were in the form of ethical maxims and ideas.

In the area of natural philosophy(science) the Rhind, Smith, Ebers papyri, etc. also offer reflections on scientific method.

Pepi Khem,

If we're to go by certain sources, the ethic codes on temple walls, would make just about every priest and follower a philosopher; examples of certain teachings simplified into single phrase proverbs have been laid out here: Kemetian Philosophy

But I take it that you are talking about 'the authors' of certain ideas, when you refer to "great philosophers". Some of these may be so far back into antiquity that it would be fairly difficult, if not impossible, to pinpoint them to specific individual authors of the ideas.

^ Yes, I believe that's what Pepi meant by philosophers is 'authors' of certain ideas.
